Our emotions, our thoughts: sadness, loss, grief — leaves a mark on our etheric body. Unresolved angst can lead to pain, which can accelerate many health conditions and disease. Our spiritual health has an impact on our physical health. Throughout life, we are learning how to manage, how to adapt — so we can become a more resilient human being.
Removing emotional barriers is key in releasing muscular tension, pain and dysfunction. Our goal is to ease the body back into re-integrating muscular balance and core strength — to create healthy patterns of movement.
Be in the present moment — pause and take a deep breath. Find gratitude in each day. When we learn to breathe more efficiently, we can restore the autonomic processes of the nervous system. We help the body function more efficiently. We do this Mind-fully.
I encourage, support, and guide my clients into a deeper understanding of who they are, and how they can move their own energetic barriers In finding their flow state. We work on calming the mind, so we can set a focus and intent. Our goal is to gain greater core strength, ease of movement, stability and balance.
