MELT METHOD / MELT NEURO-CORE STRENGTH

MELT is a simple self-treatment technique that reduces chronic pain and helps you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. Just 10-minutes of MELT 3 times a week can reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living. MELT helps to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and helps to re-establish better sleep and digestion. Learn the importance of keeping the connective tissue healthy, and how that impacts our overall health.


PILATES / CORE STRENGTH AND BALANCE / NEUROMUSCULAR RE-EDUCATION

Pilates is an exercise and breathing regime that “develops the body uniformly, corrects posture, restores vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit.” For Joseph Pilates, the health of mind and body are inextricably linked. He called his method of fitness “Contrology.”  His guiding principles focused on Breath, Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision and Flow. He based his work on a whole-body commitment: Mind / Body / Spirit.


With a consistent Pilates practice, we gain flexibility through the spine, we greatly improve our balance, stability and strength. Pilates helps boost the immune system, while reducing stress and anxiety.


YOGA / CHAKRA THERAPEUTICS / MAGIC OF SOUND HEALING

Yoga is a union of Mind/Body/Spirit. Yoga is a philosophy and an uniquely individual spiritual practice to improve health. Yoga combines meditation, with a focus and control of Breath technique, to move our energy as we move through our practice. Setting a Focus and Gratitude helps to calm, yet stimulate the brain to increase productivity and positive change. All of this is a deeply mindful practice.


According to the National Institutes of Health scientific evidence shows that yoga supports stress management, mental health, mindfulness, healthy eating, weight loss and improved quality of sleep. Yoga is an integral part of your health and wellness program. 


BIOFIELD TUNING SESSIONS (Private and Group)

Sound, singing, and vibrational is an ancient healing practice. With modern science we can assess how these modalities can: 

  • Promotes healing and recovery
  • Reduces inflammation and pain
  • Helps to improve sleep, energy and mood

The term biofield refers to our body’s electrical system in its entirety - both the electric current that runs through our bodies, and the magnetic field that surrounds it. Biofield Tuning is a Sound Therapy system that works directly with this system, seeing it as inextricably connected with our conscious and subconscious mind, including our memories. 


All physical, mental and emotional disorders can be perceived as "dissonance" in our electrical system. Biofield Tuning is able to locate, diminish and resolve this dissonance and in doing so, alleviate and even eradicate the corresponding physical, mental and/or emotional symptoms.

Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method that works directly with this system, seeing it as inextricably connected with our conscious mind.


An integrative approach to our health includes getting adequate sleep, staying well hydrated, eating nutritious foods, and exercising the mind and body. Creating balance in life includes healthy relationships, staying active in the community, enjoying a fulfilling career and having a spiritual practice. Life satisfaction is about having balance in life.
