MELT METHOD / MELT NEURO-CORE STRENGTH
MELT is a simple self-treatment technique that reduces chronic pain and helps you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. Just 10-minutes of MELT 3 times a week can reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living. MELT helps to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and helps to re-establish better sleep and digestion. Pilates is an exercise and breathing regime that “develops the body uniformly, corrects posture, restores vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit.” For Joseph Pilates, the health of mind and body are inextricably linked. He called his method of fitness “Contrology.” His guiding principles focused on Breath, Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision and Flow. He based his work on a whole-body commitment: Mind / Body / Spirit.
With a consistent Pilates practice, we gain flexibility through the spine, we greatly improve our balance, stability and strength. Pilates helps boost the immune system, while reducing stress and anxiety.

Yoga is a union of Mind/Body/Spirit. Yoga is a philosophy and an uniquely individual spiritual practice to improve health. Yoga combines meditation, with a focus and control of Breath technique, to move our energy as we move through our practice. Setting a Focus and Gratitude helps to calm, yet stimulate the brain to increase productivity and positive change. All of this is a deeply mindful practice.

The term biofield refers to our body’s electrical system in its entirety - both the electric current that runs through our bodies, and the magnetic field that surrounds it. Biofield Tuning is a Sound Therapy system that works directly with this system, seeing it as inextricably connected with our conscious and subconscious mind, including our memories.
All physical, mental and emotional disorders can be perceived as "dissonance" in our electrical system. Biofield Tuning is able to locate, diminish and resolve this dissonance and in doing so, alleviate and even eradicate the corresponding physical, mental and/or emotional symptoms.
Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method that works directly with this system, seeing it as inextricably connected with our conscious mind.
BETTER BONE AND BALANCE
Better Bones and Balance® is a community-based fall and fracture risk-reduction exercise program. Developed at Oregon State University, the program incorporates lower body resistance training with weighted vests, impact, and balance exercises. Classes are delivered by community fitness instructors who were trained and certified through OSU Extension and local partners.
BBB classes are designed to gradually improve balance and strength to avoid falls and maintain independence. "Better bones are a bonus," says Professor Kathy Gunter, Ph.D, the director of the BBB program.

With an ongoing practice, Nia promotes mindfulness, holistic fitness and well-being. Nia instructors teach people how to workout without pain, and enjoy the process of getting fit with movement. Nia's philosophy is: "Through Movement We Find Health.
An integrative approach to our health includes getting adequate sleep, staying well hydrated, eating nutritious foods, and exercising the mind and body. Creating balance in life includes healthy relationships, staying active in the community, enjoying a fulfilling career and having a spiritual practice.
